Spirituality

Our spirituality is to make ourselves a daily sacrifice of mercy in union with Christ Jesus for the sins of the world, even the most heinous crimes, in order to bring God’s mercy to the people in those situations: 
 
  1. For the victims who die in crimes
  2. For the healing and consolation of survivors
  3. For the conversion of sinners and criminals, especially the most hard- hearted
Our spirituality is rooted in the Rule of St. Benedict and the monastic virtues it teaches: obedience, conversion, stability, humility, and silence. We are in an informal relationship of dialogue with the monks of Clear Creek Abbey for guidance in forming monastic life.
